Information on the processing of personal data

We provide this information under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It describes the personal data we process in connection with the puravidaakademy.com website and communication with us. This is a translation; the Czech version prevails.

What we do not collect on the website

The website has no registration, user accounts, contact forms or online shop. It does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or profiling, and does not carry out automated decision-making under Article 22 GDPR. We do not send newsletters or other commercial communications through the website.

What data we process, why and for how long

Operating and securing the website

Data: technical data your browser sends when you visit the website: IP address, time of the request, the page requested, and browser and device details.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: as long as necessary to operate and secure the website, as configured by the hosting provider.

Communication with us

Data: when you write to us, typically your e-mail address, name, organisation, the content of your message and anything else you tell us.

Purpose and legal basis: handling your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where it concerns preparing or performing a contract, such as an employee programme, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Retention: no longer than 3 years after the communication ends, unless a contract, the law or the protection of our legal claims requires longer.

Contracts, accounting and legal claims

Data: if you conclude a contract with us, identification, contact and payment details and the content of the contract.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations (point (c)), and our legitimate interest in protecting legal claims (point (f)).

Retention: for the term of the contract and then for the period set by law or needed to establish and defend legal claims.

Health data

We do not provide individual health advice and do not ask you for health data. Please do not send it to us. If we receive it anyway, we will use it only to reply to your message, or delete it without undue delay.

Do you have to provide your data?

Technical data is needed to display the website. You provide other data voluntarily, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry or conclude a contract.

Who receives the data

• Cloudflare, Inc., provider of the website's infrastructure and security, as a processor,
• e-mail and IT service providers who support our communication,
• accounting, tax and legal advisers, where needed,
• public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Cloudflare, Inc. may also process data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR. We will provide further information on request.
